Traveling means seeing and learning new things. It means looking at the vast and ever-changing challenges that humanity faces and finding fresh, new ways to afford dignity and quality of life in the most desperate of places.
The Beginning
It was on a trip 20 years ago that founder Anthony Fiorin had the dream of creating a charity. It began small and humbly with a few, random medical supplies delivered to villages in Cambodia. Years later, when the opportunity presented itself, it was school supplies in the Western Sahara. After that, some clothes to Cuba.
Despite time and miles logged, the dream never faded. Slowly but steadily a difference was made, ideas took form, and a charity was born.
By the end of 2015, Humanity For Change, became a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization.
Our sole purpose is to invest in charitable organizations for them to become fully self-sustainable and thereby to eliminate their dependency on donations and inconsistent revenue streams to fund their programs. Stability through self-sustainability.
Our Goal
Humanity for Change aligns with partners in all different arenas all over the world because while the crisis changes, the political climate changes, the needs change, the environment changes; one thing remains the same: we are all human, and we all need help once in a while. Particularly those who are helping others.
